I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived but from the photos the product does not appear to look bad

Das Produkt wurde direkt Kaputt gekommen. Außerdem haben wir es zu spät erhalten, über einen Monat, deshalb möchte ich das Geld zurück.
Overall it’s a great mask at great price, I got the remote or ring control mask. It’s shipping was great of a time span of three days it was a little big though but I’m a child so I will grow into it.the motors work great in the eyes and the remote is very discrete although the side plate did come of when I first tried to charge it but that was probably because my parents didn’t take care of the box when it arrived. So all that is left to say is: I love this mask, thank you herohaven I will by most marvel stuff from here now.
Amazing costume! I was a bit afraid beforehand because it had only few reviews, but i absolutely don't regret getting it. The material is vers stretchy and extremely well ventilated and breathable. Didn't even get hot. You can't close or open the onezie yourself, because the zipper's on the back. Mask is separate from the suit, also has azipper, but isn't needed. got an L being 179cm 78kg and fit me really well, mayyybe a bit on the tighter end. Loved it!

It fits me well and looks and feels good, absolutely love it. Mask is seperate from the onezie. Suit's a bit difficult to put on for my size, I'm quite big for my height (179cm 78kg). Also you can't open or close the suis yourself, no problems on the mask tho
The helmet is big but I will be adding padding. Apart from that this has to be the coolest thing ever and fully works. No issues too which is good. If you want to see the helmet in action by me go to @t.mcn3il on instagram.
Not great.. sizing is very strange. A large child doesn’t fit my 7 yr old son who is of pretty standard height for his age. It would seem he needs a small adult. He’s so upset as it was supposed to be his world book day outfit. Quality isn’t great either
I was anxious placing this order given that the previois reviews hadn’t been great. While delivery took a couple of days to update on app it was delivered within 7 days(4 business days). Outfit is good quality, fits perfectly and my son absolutely loves it!
It was boxed up well and arrived in good time. But the quality of the mask is not brilliant. The chin control lever has a spring and button to hold it in place to make the eyes blink is not study enough and so the spring popped out. Tried to fix it but then popped out again. Will be sending it back.
Ordered on 18/2/2026 7 emails sent and still no reply from this company. Trading standards will be getting an email
