Item not received. The tracking says Royal Mail are waiting to receive it, was it posted?. Sent several emails and phone calls and they were all ignored. I have never left a bad review but I am still waiting to be contacted to have this resolved

Quality of the mask is a mesh material that’s very breatheable & a snug fit. Delivery wasn’t so bad… got here just in time before the movie hits theaters!
