General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
For faulty or incorrect items, you are entitled to a free return, a full refund, or an exchange. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all components intact. Contact us via email or live chat to report the issue and arrange a resolution.
Exchanges
When returning an item, you may request an exchange for a different item. If approved, the replacement will be sent once the returned item is received and inspected. The 30-day return period applies to all exchanges.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us via email or live chat.
- If the order hasn’t been dispatched, a full refund will be processed immediately.
- Note: A non-refundable processing fee of 5% + £0.25 will be deducted for all cancellations unless the item is faulty.
If the order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until it arrives and then request a return.
Non-Refundable Processing Fee
For returns (refunds only) and order cancellations, a processing fee of 5% + £0.25 may be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing costs.
This fee does not apply to exchanges or returns for faulty or damaged items.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit:

- A full refund will be issued.
If the courier marks the package as delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim directly with the delivery service.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
International Returns
For returns from outside the UK due to personal preference or unmet expectations:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Return labels are not provided.
Late Delivery Refunds
If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery date, you can request a 5% refund of your purchase:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
