Agatha All Along: Witchy Musical Surprise at D23 2024

Agatha All Along cast a spell over fans at D23 2024, delivering a surprise musical performance that left everyone buzzing with excitement. Kathryn Hahn, who reprises her role as the witchy Agatha Harkness from WandaVision, led the charge during Marvel Studios' presentation, teasing the much-anticipated Disney+ series set to premiere on September 18.

Hahn was joined on stage by her co-stars Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Debra Jo Rupp, Patti LuPone, and Aubrey Plaza. Together, they treated the audience to a magical rendition of "The Ballad of the Witches' Road." The song, crafted by Oscar-winning songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, perfectly set the tone for what’s to come in the series.

The performance ended on a high note as Hahn let out a signature witchy cackle, captivating the crowd before revealing a mysterious new trailer and poster for the show.

The plot of Agatha All Along centers on Agatha Harkness, who finds herself down on her luck and under a distorted spell. Her fortunes change when she teams up with a mysterious goth Teen, played by Joe Locke. The Teen pleads with Agatha to guide him down the legendary Witches' Road, a perilous magical journey full of trials. The ultimate prize? A chance for a witch to claim what they’re missing most. The duo pulls together a desperate coven and ventures into the unknown, facing dangers and surprises along the way.

Executive producers for Agatha All Along include Marvel heavyweights Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Brad Winderbaum, Mary Livanos, and Jac Schaeffer. The series also boasts an impressive lineup of directors, including Schaeffer, Rachel Goldberg, and Gandja Montiero.
